We urgently need new officials.
Recently we have already made an appeal to all clubs to actively go looking for people who want to attend the umpires courses. As we can all conclude, there is a huge shortage of officials. So please sign up or gives this info to interested volunteers. We mainly think of people who are already active at regional level.
Without enough officials playing games would be near to impossible…
That is why KBBSF-FRBBS is once again setting up courses for federal baseball umpires and federal softball umpires. We hope for many participants, only that way we can further develop our sports together!
The course for Federal Baseball Umpire is given by Jean-Paul Jacobs and Ken Macri on the following days:
Saturday, November 17 and 24, 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Saturday, December 1 and 8, 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Exam on January 19, 2019
Lessons take place in the clubhouse of Brasschaat Braves

The course for Federal Softball Umpire is given by Sara Dielen on the following days:
Saturday, November 17 and 24, 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Saturday 1, 8 and 15 December 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
The lessons take place in Het Huis van de Sport – Antwerp Berchem

The umpires clinic 2019 will take place on 23 and 24 February 2019 in Blankenberge, starting at 10h00. Further information will follow, but keep these dates free already.
