First U12 Baseball NT indoor Tryouts very successful

On Saturday 15th of January 2023, the first ever indoor tryouts were held for the pre selection of the boys and girls eager to play in the Belgium National U12 Baseball Team. Normally tryouts are held during the season and outside, but to get a head start selecting Belgium finest the U12 coaching staff opted for indoor pre selections at the International School Le Verseau in Wavre.

The turnout and level of play was excellent. In total there were 46 kids (equally divided) from the Flanders and Walloon clubs. Each player was respectful, worked hard and was a pleasure to work with. Our coaching staff would like to let you know how excited we are about the bright future of Belgian baseball!

This week the players will get to know the outcome of the pre selection. In the upcoming weeks there will be further practice and assessments for those selected.
