Belgium is already certain of a place in the semifinals of the E.C. Baseball U23.
With two games won in a row in Group B, the young Red Hawks are already assured of a place in the semifinals of the European Baseball U23 Championship in the Czech Republic.
On Wednesday, Ukraine was defeated in a very exciting final inning with 4-3.
On Thursday evening, Croatia went down against the young Red Hawks with 3-11.
Friday evening is the last game in group B against a strong Czech team. As the Czech Republic also has already won both games, this game determines who will be the winner of the group stage.
Saturday, August 10, time for the semi-finals.
Sunday, August 11, the games for places 3 and 4 or the grand Final.
In Group A, reigning champion The Netherlands will not be able to defend their title. The Netherlands lost on Thursday for a second consecutive day. Germany is still undefeated. France and Great Britain, both with 1 won and 1 lost game, will play for place 2 on Friday in Group A.
