TEAMS
All teams need to be registered and to have paid their fees in total.
 

PLAYERS

All players who participate in our competition(-s) need to be registered at either VBSL or LFBBS as a full competition player before being allowed to start in a game (day passes are not allowed).

DISCOM

The Disciplinary Commission of the KBBSF-FRBBS ( DISCOM ) is the body responsible for investigating complaints and reports of referees and / or scorers concerning infringements relating to the discipline; pronouncing sanctions and its implementations hereof.

ANTI-DOPING

Declaration of intent

KBBSF-FRBBS strongly promotes fair-play and ethics through sports and invites all athletes to embody and respect these values in the games of baseball and softball.

As an officially recognized National Federation affiliated to WBSC, KBBSF-FRBBS fully adheres to the standards set out by WADA-AMA with regards to doping.

NATIONAL TEAM ELIGIBILITY – Doping rule

Any 1st confirmed suspension for doping (appeal procedure is suspensive) by a player shall immediately render him/her ineligible to play in the National Team until December 31st of the year following that when his suspension expires.

Ex. Player suspended from August 1 2016 to August 1 2017 will be ineligible to play with the National Team until December 31 2018.
In case of a 2nd offense, the Board will decide of a suspension period on a case by case basis.
Retroactivity : the 2nd offense scenario will apply to all players whose past or current suspension started prior to December 31 2016.

The WBSC has reinforced its commitment to WADA and to baseball and softball players worldwide.
The WBSC Anti-Doping Program has been created with the necessary resources to work towards full WADA Code Compliance.

WBSC is using the WADA ADAMs (Anti-Doping Administrative and Management system) as its anti-doping database.
